盆腔炎院内继发念珠菌性阴道炎的临床分析

目的探索盆腔炎症性疾病（盆腔炎）患者院内继发阴道念珠菌病的临床特点及其防治对策．方法回顾性分析51例住院的盆腔炎继发阴道念珠菌病者的临床资料．结果盆腔炎院内继发阴道念珠菌病的发生率30．18％，以白色念珠菌最为多见，占60．78％，其次为光滑念珠菌，占25．49％，药敏结果显示，白色念珠菌对各药敏感性高，非白念珠菌对唑类耐药明显．抗生素二联以上用药阴道念珠菌病发生率（31．45％）明显高于单药治疗（10％），3—8月份盆腔炎继发念珠菌发病率明显增多．结论盆腔炎院内继发阴道念珠菌病的菌株构成比及药敏有自己的特点，在防治上应予重视长期使用广谱抗生素和炎热潮湿的环境是其重要诱发因素．

Clinical Analysis of Candidal Vaginitis Caused by Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To explore the characteristics and management of Candidal vaginitis patients caused by pelvic inflammatory disease （PID）. Method The clinical data of 51 Candidal vaginitis patients caused by pelvic inflammatory disease were analyzed. Results The Candidal infection rate in total 169 PID patients was 30.18%. The main Candida species included Candida albicams （60.78%）, Candida glabrata （25.49%）. Druy suscepibility test showed that Candida albicams were lower resistant to all medicine, and Candida non-albicams were highter resistant toMIC, ECO, KFT. The infection rate in the patients used more than 2 kinds of antibiotics was significantly higher than that in those used only one antibiotic. Candidal vaginitis patients caused by PID were often happened in spring or summer. Conclusions Distribution and druy suscepibility of Candida in PID patients have their own characteristics. It is important to eluminate the susceptible factors and provide prevention and treatment.
