| 摘 要： | 目的 提高原发性输尿管癌的诊治水平.方法 回顾分析27例原发性输尿管癌的临床床资料,并对诊断和治疗中的若干问题进行了探讨.结果 27例采取手术方式的治疗,5年生存率为33.3％.结论 尿路造影、膀胱镜检查是最重要的诊断手段,CT检查有助于肿瘤的术前正确分期.患侧肾、输尿管全切及膀胱袖状切除术是首选术式.

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnosis and management of primary ueteral cancer.Methods Twenty-seven cases were reviewed.Several aspects of the diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.Results All cases have been opertated and the five years survival rate was 33.3 %.Conclusion Urography and cystoscopy were the most important diagnosis approaches,CT scanning is helpful for staging carcinoma preoperatively.Radical nephroureterectomy with removal of a cuff of periureteral bladder should be the treatment of the first choice. |
