| 摘 要： | 用香烟烟雾使大鼠被动吸烟的方法，复制大鼠慢性支气管炎（慢支）模型，以观察吸烟对大鼠肺组织中鸟苷素含量的影响，采用被动吸烟方法复制大鼠慢支模型。采用放射免疫分析方法测定鸟苷素含量。结果显示，慢支模型组大鼠肺组织经病理证实。出现明显的慢支的病理改变。慢支模型组血浆中鸟苷素的含量与正常对照组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。肺组织中鸟苷素含量两组比较差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０１）。表明被动吸烟可以诱导肺组

| Abstract: | In order to survey the influence of smoking on the level of guanylin in lung tissue in rats, a method of passive smoking was used to set up chronic bronchitis model in rats.The content of guanylin was measured by radioimmunoassay.In the smoking group,remarkable pathological changes in the lung tissue were found.There was no significant difference in the contents of guanylin in the plasma of experimental rats,compared with the control( P< 0 05).But in the lung tissue,the difference was significant( P <0 01). |
