颞骨高分辨率CT在慢性化脓性中耳炎诊断中的价值(附79例对比分析)

为探讨颞骨高分辨率ＣＴ在慢性化脓性中耳炎诊断中的价值，对７９例（９７耳）慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的ＣＴ扫描和手术中颞骨所见进行的对比分析，认为高分辨率ＣＴ不仅能将胆脂瘤精确定位，而且还能显示周围骨质的破坏程度，能早期预测颅内并发症的发展，确定不典型的广泛破坏性病变，ＣＴ扫描较Ｘ线摄片具有明显的优越性，但作出诊断还应密切结合临床。

The value of high difinition CT scanning in the diagnosis of chronic suppurative otitis media (Comparison analyses of 79 cases)

To evaluate the value of high difinition CT in chronic suppurative otitis media,CT findings in 79 cases(97ears) of chronic suppurative otitis media were compared with the operative findings It is thought that high difinition CT scan not only accurately showed the position of cholesteatoma,but also the degree of bone erosion,and can early predict the develpment of otogenic complications,demonstrate non typical extensive temporalbone erosion We concluded that high difinition CT scan showed a better visualization of temporal bone than X ray tomogram,but the adiagnosis should combine with clinical information
