| 摘 要： | 北京市东城区利用已有的网络化城市管理信息平台的数据资源，搭建社区卫生服务管理信息平台，建立数据库。开发社区卫生服务的应用系统。创建了全科医生业务管理、健康档案管理、药品配送管理、社区卫生服务的评价等多个子系统，并建立了居民健康服务信息IC卡管理系统，大大提高了社区卫生服务的工作效率和管理质量。但是医护人员需要一定的时间来适应新系统，同时，还发现本系统自身存在缺点和不足，需要在今后的工作中不断改进。

| Abstract: | Depending on data resources from information platform of grid city management in Dongcheng District,an information platform of community health care is built,establishing database,developing application system of community health care.A series of subsystems including management of professional work of general practitioner,individual health file,delivery of medicine and evaluation of community health care were established;and also IC card management system on inhabitants' health information.So that work efficiency and quality control are greatly improved. |
