集体心理治疗对癌症患者生活质量和情绪影响的研究

目的 探讨集体心理治疗对癌症患者情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 采用病例社会主义地于预且癌症患者在临床治疗的同时,进行集体心理治疗,应用心理量表对干预组和对照组对比观察心理指标一个月。结果 干预组患者生活质量表分值在干预前后有显著不同,主要表现为情感功能,认知功能,社会功能,整体健康状况等分值在干预前后者显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。干预组焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪减少。结论 癌症患者在进行躯体治疗的同时,实

A study on the effect of group psychotherapy to the mood and QOL of cancer patients

Objective To evaluate the effect of the group psychotherapy on the mood and the quality of life of the cancer patients Method Adopting the method of matching, the group psychotherapy was employed to intervene the cancer patients One month later, the intervention was evaluated by the psychological test scale, and compared with the control group Result The QOL of patients was changed after the intervention,which mainly express that the Cognitive functioning, Emotional Functioning, Social functioning, Global health status and Fatigue and so on were changed comparing with control groups(P< 0 05); the emotion of anxiety and depression of the patients were decreased after the intervention Conclusion The group psychotherapy is helpful in the comprehensive rehabilitation of cancer patients during the somatic treatment It should be paid more attention by the clinic
