| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱外标定量方法测定脑脉康泰胶囊中葛根素的含量。以甲醇－０．２５％醋酸液为流动相，采用梯度淋洗的方式于ＵＶ２８０ｎｍ波长处测定含量。操作简便，重现性好。 |

| Abstract: | RP-HPLC-external standard quantitation method was developed for determination of puerarin in Naomaikangtai Capsules.Using methanol,0.25% acetic acid solution as a mobile phase,and gradient elution method,puerarin content was determined at UV 280nm wavelength.This method is simple and has a good reproducibility. |
