| 莫西沙星治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察莫西沙星治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将本院2008年6月至2009年6月的77例急性盆腔炎门诊患者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组33例。治疗组静脉滴注莫西沙星注射液0.4g,1次/d;对照组使用青霉素（400万IU静脉滴注,1次/8h）、庆大霉素（8万IU静脉滴注,1次/8h）、甲硝唑注射液200ml（含甲硝唑0.5g、静脉滴注1次/d）,疗程均为7d。结果治疗组和对照组用药后的临床有效率分别为97.1%和87.9%,致病菌清除率分别为78.8%和63.6%。两组的临床有效率和致病菌清除率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论莫西沙星治疗急性盆腔炎临床疗效好、抗菌活性强、安全性高、不良反应少、临床应用价值高。 |
