| 摘 要： | 髌骨骨折是常见的关节内骨折，治疗方法较多，疗效不一，各有利弊。自2001年1月至2006年1月采用髌骨近端固定手法复位闭合穿针治疗髌骨骨折36例，方法简单，刨伤小，恢复快，疗效满意．现报告如下。
