P型谷胱甘肽转硫酶基因多态性与帕金森病遗传易患性的关系

摘    要:
目的:阐明P型谷胱甘肽转硫酶(GSTP1)基因多态性与易患帕金森病之间的关系。方法:帕金森病组:113例;对照组:77例,两组人员年龄与性别是基本匹配。利用聚合酶链反应.限制性片断长度多态性技术检测GSTP1基因多态性。结果:经二值多元Logisitic回归分析,帕金森病组GSTP1的等位基因A和基因型A/A的频率均高于对照组,且罹患帕金森病的危险率比对照组增加2.16倍。结论:本研究结果提示GSTP1的基因多态性可能与帕金森病的遗传易患有关。

Abstract:
Aim: To elucidate the relation of genetic polymorphisms of P-type of glutathione S-transferase (GSTP1) with the susceptibility to Parkinson's disease. Methods: 113 patient's with Parkinson's disease and 77 age- and sex-matched controls were enrolled for study. The polymorphism of GSTP1 was detected with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) techniques. Results:The frequencies of allele A and the genotype A/A of GSTP1 were significantly higher in Parkinson's disease patients than in the controls according to Logistic-regression analysis. With the genetic polymorphism, the risk ratio of suffering from Parkinson's disease increased 2 folds higher than the controls. Conclusion:The polymorphism of GSTP1 might be associated with the genetic susceptibility to Parkinson's disease.
