参麦注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效评价

目的:观察参麦注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将68例确诊患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组再加用参麦注射液静脉滴注,观察治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、心电图变化和不良反应。结果:治疗组症状疗效总有效率、心电图疗效总有效率分别为91.18%和82.35%,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论:参麦注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛有很好的治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Evaluation of Curative Efficacy of Shenmai Injection in Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection in treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods:68 Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given conventional western medicine.The treatment group was added with Shenmai injection for intravenous infusion.The patients were observed with the number of episodes of angina pectoris,EGC changes and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of symptomatic efficacy was 91.18%,and the total effective rate of EGC efficacy was 82.35%.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai injection in treatment of stable angina pectoris has a good therapeutic efficacy,and it is worthy of clinical application.
