| 摘 要： | 目的 乳牙反(牙合)患者制作改良(牙合)垫舌簧矫治器,应用微型螺旋扩弓器进行矫治器纵向加力.通过治疗前后的临床头影测量分析,探讨该改良矫治器的临床治疗效果.方法 选取乳牙反(牙合)病例20例,戴用改良(牙合)垫矫治器.对治疗前后的X线头颅侧位片进行头影测量分析及采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计学分析.结果 改良(牙合)垫矫治器治疗后ANB角平均增加0.97°(P＜0.01),Ptm-A(上颌长度)增加了1.65 mm(P＜0.01),U1-SN增加了13.37°,下唇突度明显减小:Li-E减小了-1.34 mm(P＜0.01).结论 增加了螺旋扩弓器的改良(殆)垫舌簧矫治器在乳牙反(牙合)的矫治中,矢状方向加力有效、稳定、易控,对乳牙反(牙合)的疗效确切. |

Crossbite correction in the deciduous dentition using mini-screw expansion appliance: a clinical study |

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate changes in the crossbite correcting used a mini-screw expansion (MSE) appliance in deciduous dentition individuals.Methods The sample comprised 20 deciduous dentition patients who used MSE devices.Cephalometric analysis were done pre-and post-treatment,and the comparison was evaluated using SPSS 19.0.Results The post-treatment ANB angle increased by 0.97°(P＜0.01),Ptm-A increased by 1.65 mm (P＜0.01),U1-SN increased by 13.37°,and Li-E decreased significantly during MSE treatment (P＜0.01).Conclusions Treatment of deciduous crossbite by MSE appliance can receive more reliable outcomes by more effective and stable sagittal force. |
