摘    要:
目的:探讨问题导向教学法(PBL)联合病例引导教学法(CBL),在口腔颌面外科教学中的效果。方法 :选择在我院口腔颌面外科实习的70名学生,随机分为研究组及对照组,研究组使用PBL+CBL教学法,对照组采用传统课堂教学法(LBL),并对2组进行评价。结果:主观与客观评价均表明,研究组考试成绩及对学习的主动性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :PBL+CBL教学法有利于提高口腔颌面外科教学质量。

Analysis of Effects of Combined PBL and CBL in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Teaching
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of problem-based leaning (PBL) and case-based leaning (CBL) in oral and maxillofacial surgery education. Methods:70 students who practice in our college were randomly divided into experimen-tal group and control group. Experimental group used PBL and CBL teaching methods, while control group used traditional lecture based learning (LBL) teaching. Both examinations were followed to access the effects. Results:Test scores and ini-tiative abilities of experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:PBL and CBL teaching model can help to promote the quality of teaching.
