摘    要:目的检测原发性高血压和冠心病患者血中C-型利钠肽、一氧化氮、降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的含量,探讨其临床意义。方法选择原发性高血压患者42例,冠心病患者33例为实验组,正常健康者30例为对照组,采用放射免疫法检测血中C-型利钠肽、降钙素基因相关肽、内皮素含量,硝酸还原酶法测定一氧化氮含量。结果原发性高血压和冠心病组分别与对照组比较,C-型利钠肽、内皮素含量明显增高(P<0.01,0.05),一氧化氮、降钙素基因相关肽则明显降低(P<0.01,0.01);两组患者C-型利钠肽与降钙素基因相关肽之间具有显著负相关性(原发性高血压组r=0.569,P<0.01;冠心病组r=0.425,P<0.05)。结论检测高血压和冠心病血中C-型利钠肽、一氧化氮、降钙素基因相关肽、内皮素含量变化,对心血管疾病的发病机制研究及其防治具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes in the sernm contents of CNP、NO、CGRP and ET and its clinical singnificance in patients with essential hypertension(EH) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The levels of CNP、CGRP and ET were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA) and NO by enzymes method in 42 patients with EH,33 with CHD and 30 controls.Results Compares with those in controls,the contents of CNP and ET increased significantly(P<0.01,0.05),while the contents of ON、CGRP decreased(P<0.01,0.01)significantly in patients with EH and CHD,plasma levels of CNP were significantly negatively correlated to CGRP levels in patients with EH and CHD (EH r=0.569,P<0.01,CHD r=0.425,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical significance of determination of changes of CNP、NO、CGRP and ET contents of patients with EH and CHD for study on the pathogenesis fdysfunction and the treatment of those diseases.
