| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化是多种心脑血管疾病的基础,其实质是一种慢性炎症性疾病。5-脂氧化酶(5-LO)通路是炎性反应的关键环节,近年来研究表明,5-LO通路是动脉粥样硬化的发病机制之一,并与粥样硬化斑块易损性有密切关系。5-LO通路可能通过多种途径参与动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。现结合国内外文献,就5-LO通路与动脉粥样硬化及斑块易损性的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Atherosclerosis is the basis of a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and it is actually a chronic inflammatory disease.5-lipoxygenase(5-LO)pathway plays a key role in inflammation.Recent studies revealed it was one of the mechanisms of atherosclerosis,and played an important role in the atherosclerotic plaque vulnerability.The latest researches showed that the 5-LO pathway might be involved in atherosclerotic formation and development through a variety of ways.Here is to make a review on the progress in researches into the effects of 5-LO pathway in atherosclerosis and the atherosclerotic plaque vulnerability. |
