心血管疾病患者血管活性物质测定的意义

目的检测原发性高血压(EH)和冠心病(CHD)患者血中CNP、NO、CGRP和ET的含量,探讨其临床意义。方法选择EH患者42例,CHD患者33例为实验组,正常健康者30例为对照组,采用放射免疫法检测血中CNP、CGRP、ET含量,硝酸还原酶法测定NO含量。结果EH和CHD组分别与对照组比较,CNP、ET含量明显增高(P<0.01,0.05),NO、CGRP则明显降低(P<0.01);两组患者的血CNP与CGRP具有显著正相关(EH组r=0.569,P<0.01;CHD组r=0.425,P<0.05)。结论检测EH和CHD血中CNP、NO、CGRP、ET含量变化,对心血管疾病的发病机制研究及其防治具有重要意义。

THE VALUE OF DETERMINING THE CONTENT OF VASO-ACTIVE SUBSTANCE IN PATIENTS WITH ANGIOCARDIOPATH

Objective To explore the clinical value of determining the contents of CNP,NO,CgRP and ET in patients with essential hypertension(EH)and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The experimental group included 42 cases of EH and 33 cases of CHD.30 normal cases formed the contrast group.Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the contents of CNP,CGRP and ET.The content of No was determined by using the nitrate reductase method.Results Compared with the contrast roup,the contents of CNP and ET in both EH and CHD groups increased significantly(P<0.01,or 0.05),while the contents of No and CGRP in EH and CHD groups decreased significantly(P<0.01,0.01).The content of CNP was negatively related to that of CGRP in the EH and CHD groups(EH group:r=0.569,P<0.01;CHD group:r=0.425,P<0.05).Conclusion The determination of the contents of CNP,NO,CGRP and ET in patients with EH and CHD can help to explore the pathogenoy and treatment for angiocardiopathy.
