肾细胞癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群动态分析

目的探讨肾细胞癌患者手术治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化特征,为了解病情、判断预后提供免疫学依据。方法应用三色荧光素标记CD4、CD8、CD3的单克隆抗体,对外周血淋巴细胞进行标记后,应用流式细胞仪进行检测分析。结果肾细胞癌患者CD3+、CD4+T细胞明显低于正常对照组,CD8+T细胞明显高于正常对照组,CD4/CD8比值倒置;肾细胞癌患者手术后CD3+、CD4+T细胞较术前明显升高,CD4/CD8比值恢复正常。结论肾细胞癌患者T淋巴细胞百分率异常,存在细胞免疫功能紊乱现象;手术后有效去除瘤负荷,免疫功能得以逆转。

Analyze trends of T-cell lymphocyte subsets in patients with renal cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the pre and post-operative characteristic of the peripheral T-cell lymphocyte subsets in patient with renal cell carcinoma（RCC）,To understand the condition（illness）,and to assess the immunological basis after recovery.Methods Using trichromatic fluorescent labeling CD4、CD8、CD3 monoclonal antibodies after labeling the peripheral lymphocytes applying flow cytometry to analyze.Results CD3^＋、CD4^＋ reduced significantly,CD8^＋ increased significantly,reversed ratio of CD4/CD8 compared to control group in RCC patients post-operatively,CD3^＋、CD4^＋ cells increased apparently and the ratio CD4/CD8 returned to normal.Conclusion RCC patients have an abnormal T cell lymphocyte percentage/ration and a derange/disturbed cellular immune function phenomenon,after successful removed of the tumor,The immunity is reversed post-operatively.
