低磁场MRI动态增强在垂体微腺瘤诊断中的应用研究

摘    要:
目的 探讨低磁场MRI动态增强扫描在垂体微腺瘤诊断中的具体方法和临床应用。方法 选取23例高度怀疑垂体腺瘤,影像检查垂体高度在10mm以下的患者,使用GE0.2T开放式磁共振扫描仪进行动态增强及常规增强扫描。结果 23例中,18例在动态增强扫描发现明显痛灶,常规增强扫描发现4例痛灶。结论 低磁场MRI动态增强对垂体微腺瘤的诊断是非常有效的。

Abstract:
Objective To study the application of dynamic enhanced MR on diagnosis of pituitary microadenoma using 0.2T MR system. Methods 23 patients highly suspected with pituitary adenoma whose height of pituitary less than 10mm accepted the dynamic as well as the routine enhancement using GE Profile 0.2T open MR system. Results 18 cases were detected by dynamic enhancement, whereas 4 cases were demonstrated on routine enhancement imaging. Conclusion Dynamic enhanced scanning using 0.2T MR system is effective to diagnosis of pituitary microadenoma.
