| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性疲劳综合征的发病机制及中药穴位注射治疗效果。方法180例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组92例应用双侧肝、脾、肾腧穴位注射黄芪、丹参注射液治疗,对照组88例应用双侧足三里、手三里、丰隆穴位注射黄芪、丹参注射液治疗,应用疲劳量表、疲劳评定量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表及生活质量综合评定问卷对患者治疗前、后进行客观评价。结果疲劳量表、疲劳评定量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、生活质量综合评定问卷评分显示:治疗组和对照组治疗前后比较,P<0.05,治疗组和对照组治疗后比较,P<0.05。结论肝、脾、肾腧穴位注射黄芪、丹参注射液治疗慢性疲劳综合征更有效。
