| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡的效果。方法 对 12例 (12眼 )角膜溃疡 (其中 5例角膜穿孔 )施行新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗 ,术后随访 3～ 12月。结果 11例治愈 ,1例复发。术后短期内未见植片融解、未见急性排斥反应。 2～ 5周角膜上皮愈合。 10眼视力不同程度提高。结论 新鲜多层羊膜移植是治疗角膜溃疡的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the feasibility and effect of fresh multilayer amniotic membrane transplantations (AMT) for the reconstruction of corneal ulcers. Methods Fresh multilayer AMT was performed in 12cases(12eyes) with corneal ulcers (including 5 eyes corneal perforation).All the patients were followed-up for 3-12months. Results No graft resolution was observed after fresh multilayer AMT as well as graft resolution in all patients. Corneal epithelium healed over within 2-5 weeks in 11 of 12 cases. Visual acuity was improved in 10 of 12 eyes. Conclusion Fresh multilayer AMT is a very effective method to treat corneal ulcers. |
