Email方式远程医学影像会诊的建立与应用探讨

目的探讨Email方式远程医学影像会诊的建立与应用的可行性及其价值。方法两医院间分别设置计算机终端,通过互联网连接。患者的病历和影像资料光盘制成DICOM格式的虚拟光盘,将此虚拟光盘以Email的方式发送到上级专家所指定的邮箱里,再通过虚拟光驱软件打开有患者病历和影像资料的虚拟光盘进行会诊。结果设备简单,易实现;传输数据时耗20min;能接收完整DICOM数据图像,能象在PACS终端上使用图像处理功能。结论通过虚拟光盘以Email方式远程医学影像会诊简单、实用,适合中、小医院医学影像疑难病例的远程会诊。

The establishing and application of medical imaging tele-consultation system by Email

Objective To investigate the feasibility and the values of establishing and application of medical imaging tele-consultation system by means of Email. Methods Two computers were installed on two hospitals respectively,and connected by internet. The patient's images DICOM data and clinical history was made in the model of virtual disc,then,data in virtual disc was sent to Email-address assigned by consultant doctor. Finally,the staffer of consultant doctor downloaded and opened it with virtual driver software. Results The facilities are simple. Only 20min was taken for each case. DICOM data could be received completely and the data could be dealed as the same as function in PACS terminal. Conclusion Medical imaging tele-consultation system by means of Email in virtual disc is simple and practical. It is available for local hospital to send difficult case for tele-consultation.
