| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨达如奇口服液的最佳工艺条件。方法:以70%≥乙醇渗漉液抑菌强弱来换算出抑菌权重率作为指标,正交实验优选最佳条件。结果:通过正交实验方差分析结果表明,加溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数之间均有显著差异。结论:加8倍量乙醇、水浴30min提取3次的工艺为最佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the optimum technological conditions for Daruqi Oral Liquid.Methods:The anti-bacteria effect of 70%≥alcohol percolate was used to convert anti- bacteria as the index.Orthogonal experiment was taken to select the optimum condition.Results:Adding 8 times alcohol,boiling in water bath 3 times for 30 minutes and adding 8 times alcohol,boiling in water bath once for 60 minutes,the technology wasn′t obviously different.Conclusion:Both methods work.But because boiling 3 times was complex,the second one is the optimum technology. |
