精神分裂症患者婚姻质量的调查研究

目的了解精神分裂症患者的婚姻质量，为做好精神分裂症患者的家庭及社会支持提供科学依据。方法选择2007年3-9月期间住院的已婚缓解期精神分裂症患者96例，使用Olson婚姻质量问卷（Olson marriage quality questionnaire，ENRICH）对患者及其配偶进行调查，内容包括：婚姻满意度，性格相容性，夫妻交流，解决冲突的方式，经济安排，业余生活，性生活，子女和婚姻，与亲友的关系，角色平等性和信仰一致性。结果男性精神分裂症患者各因子得分均低于常模（P〈0．05）；女性精神分裂症患者以及所有患者的配偶有10个因子的得分低于常模（P〈0．05）；配偶的婚姻满意度、性生活和信仰一致性得分低于患者（P〈0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者及配偶的婚姻质量较低。对患者的婚姻状况进行有针对性的干预，可提高其婚姻质量状况以改善患者的治疗效果。

Investigation of the quality of marriage in schizophrenic patients
