| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心电图（ECG）改变与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法对83例临床诊断为急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）的病人ECG与选择性冠状动脉造影（CAG）结果进行对比分析。结果83例ACS冠状动脉病变ECG检出阳性率为67．6％；非ST段抬高的ACS以多支中、重度血管病变为主。ST段抬高的前壁心肌梗死以前降支病变为主，下壁心肌梗死以右冠状动脉病变为主。结论ECG对ACS诊断价值较大，但单纯通过ST—T异常诊断冠心病易导致误诊、漏诊。
