达克宁栓联合氟康唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病两种用药方法的临床观察

目的:比较达克宁栓联合氟康唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)2种不同用药方法的临床效果。方法:甲组:达克宁栓(1.2g/枚)睡前阴道内放置,1周后重复1次,同时口服氟康唑胶囊150mg,1次/周,连服4周;乙组:达克宁栓(1.2g/枚)用药方法同甲组,同时口服氟康唑胶囊150mg,1次/d,连服4d。结果:治疗开始后第5周,两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗开始后第7周、9周甲组疗效优于乙组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病时可采用达克宁栓联合氟康唑,并可将氟康唑用药间隔期延长,可显著提高远期临床有效率,防止复发。

Clinical effect of two methods with Aflorin suppository combined with Fluconazole to treat vulvovaginal candidiasis

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of two methods with Aflorin suppository combined with Fluconazole to treat vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods: A group:Aflorin suppository(1.2g/pill)was put in vagina before sleeping,repeatly once after one week,meantime Fluconazole capsule 150 mg was taken once a week orally, continue 4 weeks. B group:The usage of Aflorin suppository(1.2g/pill)was same with A group. Fluconazole capsule 150 mg was taken once a day orally, continue 4 days. Results:There were no significant defference between the two groups in the first 5 weeks(P >0.05). At the seventh and the nineth week,the effects were better in A group than in B group,the defference were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Aflorin suppository combined with Fluconazole can be used to treat vulvovaginal candidiasis, meanwhile the interview of Fluconazole should be prolonged.This method can increase clinical effective rate and prevent recurrence.
