经膀胱镜侵袭性三角区注射治疗间质性膀胱炎对比治疗122例

目的 发展一种减少药物副作用，治疗间质性膀胱炎的方法。方法 以WOLF膀胱镜在三角区用F6输尿管导管导管针粘膜下穿刺进针局部给药，与口服药组做对比。结果经统计学Riddit分析，就样本资料而言，膀胱镜粘膜下穿刺效果最好。结论 间质性膀胱炎是一种无菌性免疫障碍性炎症，目前治疗多静脉给予糖皮质激素、肝素、雌激素，或膀胱灌注硝酸银、二甲基亚砜，但以上治疗均有较强的全身组织反应。我们通过对间质性膀胱炎的病理分析，在以前的治疗基础上，发展出经膀胱镜侵袭性三角区注射治疗间质性膀胱炎的有效手段，并附病例对比122例。效果显著。
