二维及彩色多普勒超声在纠正PICC导管异位中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒超声在纠正PICC导管异位中的应用价值。方法将36例PICC患者异位入颈内静脉、对侧无名静脉、右心房及下腔静脉的导管,在二维超声及彩色多普勒超声监视引导下正位,正位后及时行导管头端定位,再行X线摄片导管头端定位,以X线摄片定位结果为标准,记录二维超声及彩色多普勒超声引导置管后导管头端定位的准确率及纠正头端定位的成功率。结果36例导管异位患者正位成功率及头端定位准确率均为100%。结论二维超声及彩色多普勒超声引导下行PICC导管头端异位后正位是一种实用、直观、及时、安全的正位方法,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of application of 2-D and Color Doppler Ultrasound in rectifying PICC dystopy. Methods The catheters of 36 PICC patients, which were dislocated into the internal jugular vein, contralateral innominate vein, right atrium and inferior vena cava, were put to the right position under the monitoring of 2-D and Color Doppler Ultrasound. Immediately after the orthophoria, the head of the catheter was fixed. Then the positions of the catheter head were X-rayed. With the results observed from the X-raying, the accuracy rate and success rate of catheter head fixation by means of 2-D and Color Doppler Ultrasound were recorded and then. Results The accuracy rate and success rate were both 100%. Conclusion Orthophoria of dislocated cathter under the monitoring of 2-D and Color Doppler Ultrasound is a practical, timely and safe method which allows for direct perception.
