妊娠期糖耐量减低76例妊娠结局分析

目的　探讨妊娠期糖耐量减低 (GIGT)对母婴妊娠结局的影响。方法　 1180例孕妇进行 5 0 g葡萄糖筛查试验 ,异常者再进行空腹口服 75 g葡萄糖耐量试验 ,分别比较GIGT 76例、妊娠期糖尿病 (GDM ) 2 4例及正常组的妊娠预后。结果　GIGT组妊娠高血压综合征、巨大儿、大于胎龄儿、羊水过多、手术产率及新生儿窒息、新生儿高胆红素血症的发生率明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与GDM组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　GIGT对妊娠可造成与GDM相似的不良结局。

Analysis of the outcome of mother and infants in 76 women of gestational impaired glucose tolerance

Objective To study the effect of gestational impaired glucose tolerance (GIGT) on outcome of pregnancy. Methods Glucose challenge test (50 g) was done in 1180 pregnant women and oral glucose tolerance test (75 g) performed in those with positive result, the pregnance outcome were compared in the 76 GIGT, 24 gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and control groups. Results The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH), polyhydramnios, macrosomia, neonatal asphyxia and hyperlirubinemia in the GIGT group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and there was no statistical difference compared with the GDM group (P>0.05).Conclusion GIGT can pose similar adverse effects on pregnancy as GDM.
