摘    要:
目的:研究Mg~(2+)在脑缺血早期对大脑皮质区神经元内一氧化氮合酶的影响,以进一步探讨Mg~(2+)保护缺血神经元的机理。方法:用电凝法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型,采用 NADPH—d 组织化学方法观察Mg~(2+)对脑缺血早期大脑皮质区神经元内一氧化氮合酶活性的影响。结果:脑缺血早期Mg~(2+)可抑制神经元内一氧化氮合酶活性的升高。结论:Mg~(2+)可通过抑制神经元内一氧化氮合酶活性升高,减少过量NO的生成,起到保护缺血神经元的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium ion on nitric oxide synthase in cortical neurons during earhy cerebral ischemic period, so as to study the mechanism of protecting ischemic neuron of magnesium ion. Methods We established rat models of middle cerbral artery occlusion with electric coagulation, used NADPH - diaphorase histochemical technique, investiated the effect of magnesium ion on the activity of nitric oxide synthase in cortical neurons during early cerebral ischemic period. Results This Study showed that magnisium ion can inhibit the increase of the activity of nitric oxide synthase in cortical neurons during early cerebral ischemic period. Conclusion The results implied that magnesium ion can decrease overproduction of NO through inhibting the increase of the activity of nitric oxide synthase, thus protect the icshemic neurons.
