| Abstract: | The article reports two cases of hydrops fetalis which are diagnosed by Bultrasonography prenatally. We analysed the cause of disease, the incidence, characteristics, especially the characteristics of B-ultrasonogram, as well as the treatment and prognosis of the hydrops fetalis. |
