摘    要:目的:探讨山豆根对体培养人食管癌(Eca-109)细胞株的作用。方法:将Eca-109细胞株分为对照且和实验组两组,测定不同浓度山豆根对两组的杀伤效应,酶活性测定及Fulgen-DNA法显示分裂指数。结果:100mg/ml,200mg/ml浓度对细胞的杀伤能力随药物作用时间延长而增中,50mg/ml浓度维持在3%左右。100mg/ml,200mg/ml实验在加药第3天对细胞分裂指数抑制率接近或达到100%,50mg/ml实验作用呈负相关,山豆根使谷氨酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性下降,直至阴性反应,结论:山豆根对Eca-109细胞株生长有抑制和杀伤作用,对脱氢酶有影响作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the action of Vigna Root on Eca-109 cell colonies of human esophagos cancer which were cultured out of the body.Methods Dividing the Eca-109 cell colonies into the experimental group and the contral group,the antipersonnel action of Vigna Root on the both groups and the enzymatic activity were mensurated.The fissile index was displayed by Fulgen DNA.Results The execution of Vigna Root in the concentrations of 100 mg/ml and 200 mg/ml on the cell colonies was becoming stronger along with prolongation of the drug action.The concentration of 50 mg/ml kept around 3%.The drug experiments in concentrations of 100mg/ml and 200mg/ml were alone. On the third day after giving the drug the repressive rate of cell fissile index approached or reached 100%.The drug in the concentration of 50mg/ml presented nagtive correlativity.Vigna Root made the activities of glutamic acid dehydrogenase?malic acid dehydrogenase and lactic acid dehydrogenase diclined up to the negative reaction.Conclusion Vigna Root has the in hibitory and antipersonnel action on the grouth of Eca-109 cell colonies,and has infaction on dehydrogenases.
