二维与三维能量多普勒血流成像评价乳腺肿瘤血管的比较

摘    要:目的探讨三维能量多普勒血流成像评价乳腺肿瘤血管的应用价值。方法对手术病理证实的213个乳腺病灶进行二维及三维能量多普勒血流成像检查,记录各自声像图表现。结果同一病灶的二维及三维能量多普勒血流成像血流分级差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),良恶性病灶的三维能量多普勒血流成像血流分级差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论三维能量多普勒血流成像能更好的评价乳腺肿瘤血管,有助于乳腺肿瘤良恶性的鉴别。

Comparison of Three-and Two-dimensional Power Doppler Flow Imaging in Evaluating Breast Tumor Vasculature

Abstract:Objective To compare the value of three-dimensional power Doppler flow imaging(3D-PD-Fl) with two-dimensional power Doppler flow imaging(2D-PDFI)in evaluating breast tumor vasculature. Meth-ods Two hundred and thirteen breast lesions confirmed by pathology were examined with 2D-PDFI and 3D-PD-FI. Results The grade of color flow in the same lesion had significant difference between 3D-PDFI and 2D-PD-FI (P < 0.05). The grade of color flow of 3 D-PDFI had also significant difference between the malignant and be-nign breast lesions(P < 0.001). Conclusion 3D-PDFI is better than 2D-PDFI in evaluating breast tumors vas-eulature and more helpful in differentiating malignant and benign breast lesions.
