摘    要:
目的;研究有体对猪浅Ⅱ度创面愈合的影响。方法;将凡士林油纱布(对照组(和+700V之驻体薄膜(且)覆盖在猪背部24个浅Ⅱ度创面上,地术后第1,2,3,5,7d,分别测定创面上皮细胞DNA含量;光镜下观察上皮细胞生长情况;科用微机计算创面面积的缩小及肉眼观察创面愈合情况.结果;实验组面积缩小率明显大于对照组,光镜下显示实验组上皮细胞生长旺盛,术后每天 其DNA含量明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of electret on the healing of superficial second degree wound in porcine.Methods: Vaseline -oiled gauze or+700 V electret(with FEP film) were covered on 24 superficial second degree wounds. 1, 2,3,5 and 7 d after the operation, the content of epithelial cell DNA was determined.epithelial cell growth was observed under microscope,wound area reduced rate was calculated by computer and wound healing was observed with naked eyes. Results: The content of DNA on the wound with electret film was higher than in the control, the epithelial cells on the wound with electret film grew better under the microscope, and the area reduced rate was larger than in the control. Conclusion:Electret can accelerate the wound healing.
