摘    要:
纳米磁性对比剂已成为MRI对比剂研究的重要方向,其独特的理化性质及生物学特性展示出良好的应用前景,并在临床诊断及科研工作中发挥着日益重要的作用.纳米磁性对比剂具有特殊的理化及生物学特性,容易被体内组织中巨噬细胞所吞噬,进而引起相关病灶部位MRI信号强度的变化,利于进行疾病的定量分析,具有广阔的应用前景.因此,本文就纳米磁性对比剂在巨噬细胞相关疾病MRI成像中的应用研究进行综述.

Abstract:
Nano-magnetic contrast agent has become one of the important research directions of MRI contrast agent, its unique physical and chemical properties and biological characteristics presented a good prospect of application and played an increasingly important role in clinical and research work. This review discusses the recent progress on nano-magnetic contrast agent and their applications for imaging macrophages in human diseases.
