| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑梗死（ACI）患者体温水平与梗死体积及预后的关系。方法458例ACI患者在入院后7天内每2h测体温1次，依体温水平分为高体温组和正常体温组，对两组患者脑梗死范围及治疗2周后的预后进行比较。结果正常体温组总有效率明显高于高体温组（P〈0．05），高体温组梗死体积明显高于正常体温组（P〈0．05）。结论急性脑梗死患者的脑梗死体积及预后与体温水平有相关性，应重视脑梗死急性期体温管理。
