| 摘 要： | 目的：比较分析近几年来婴幼儿ABO血型正反血定型结果不合情况,探讨婴幼儿ABO血型IgM抗体生成变化趋势。方法：对1 177例婴幼儿血型进行盐水试管法正反定型检测。结果：共检测婴幼儿标本1 177例,舍去AB型标本198例,其余979例标本中,血型IgM抗体生成与文献数据比较呈提早趋势。结论：应重视婴幼儿血液检测特别是新生儿正反定血型和交叉配血,明确新生儿个体输血策略,以保证其输血安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study these discrepancy results of the infants'blood group and investigate the producing trend of IgM antibody in recent years.Method:The saline method of ABO blood group was performed to detect the ABO blood group of 1177 infants in our hospital.Result:In these specimens of 1177 infants removing 198 specimens of type AB,the producing trend of IgM antiboby was eariler than data of the literature.Conclusion:It is very important to examine the blood of these infants carefully,spcially the examina... |
