铁扇癣痒平凝胶剂治疗豚鼠皮肤真菌病的疗效观察

目的　观察铁扇癣痒平凝胶剂治疗豚鼠皮肤真菌病的疗效。方法　本试验用石膏样毛癣菌共建立皮肤真菌病豚鼠感染模型 10 8处 ,分别用铁扇癣痒平凝胶高低 2个剂量组、1%联苯苄唑凝胶和 1%克霉唑软膏进行治疗 ;并设凝胶基质和空白对照 ,疗程为 14d ,药物治疗结束后观察复发状况。结果　铁扇癣痒平凝胶 2个剂量组的 10d临床治愈率与 1%克霉唑软膏相比较 ,两者差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与联苯苄唑凝胶的治疗作用相当 ;铁扇癣痒平凝胶与联苯苄唑凝胶的复发率与克霉唑软膏相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　铁扇癣痒平凝胶治疗豚鼠皮肤真菌病的疗效好 ,而且复发率低 ,作为抗皮肤浅表真菌药物有很好的发展前景。

Therapeutic Effects of Tieshan Xuanyangping Gel on Experimental Dermatophytosis in Guinea Pigs

Aim To investigate the therapeutic effects of Tieshan Xuanyangping gel on experimental dermatophytosis in guinea pigs.Methods The gel was studied for its activity against guinea pig dermatophytisis caused by Trichophyton mentagrophytes in comparison with those of clotrimazole and bifonazole.Results Tieshan Xuanyangping gel showed excellent efficacy against dermatophytosis when it was applied once daily.The effect was equal to that of betenafine gel and superior to clotrimazole cream,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of relapse rate of the drug after topical treatment was lower than those of two reference drugs.Conclusion Tieshan Xuanyangping gel may have potential for the treatment of dermatophy tosis in humans.
