头体针配穴治疗偏头痛160例临床研究

目的:探讨头体针配穴法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的160例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组80例。治疗组采用头体针配穴法治疗,对照组采用西比灵胶囊治疗。治疗4周后,观察其临床疗效。结果:在头痛指数评定方面,治疗后两组的头痛指数均较治疗前明显减低(P0.05);治疗后治疗组的头痛指数和差值均较对照组明显减低(P0.05),治疗组在缓解头痛症状上优于对照组。在总体疗效评定方面,治疗组总有效率达91.25%,对照组总有效率为78.75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:头体针配穴疗法可明显改善偏头痛患者的疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间和发作次数,且优于对照组。头体针配穴疗法治疗偏头痛在总有效率方面明显优于对照组。

Combination of Both Scalp and Body Acupuncture in the Treatment of Migraine of 160 Cases

Objective：To investigate the effect of the combination of both scalp and body acupuncture method on migraine.Methods：160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（80 cases） and control group（80 cases）.The treatment group was treated by the combination of both scalp and body acupuncture therapy,and the control group by sibelium.After four weeks of treatment,the clinical effects were observed by comprehensive evaluation of two groups before and after treatment.Results：1.The index of headache of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.There were statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group in the index of headache and the differences after treatment（P〈0.05）.The treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving headache symptoms.2.The total effective rate was 91.25% for the treatment group and 78.75% for the control group,and there was a significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：1.The scores of pain extent,attack times,lasting time and accompanied symptoms of headache were improved by the combination of both scalp and body acupuncture method.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group obviously.
