摘 要: | 作者以出血性休克复合输入内毒素,同时给予支持治疗的方法,复制出标准化的羊MOF模型,并用光镜与电镜进行病理形态学观察。结果表明:各脏器实质均可见点灶状或大片状坏死区,表现为缺血或出血性梗死及炎性坏死。脏器病理改变与脏器功能及代谢变化情况基本一致。提示:失血、感染、再灌流与支持治疗等复合因素引起的临床MOF一旦发生,其脏器实质多发生严重的或难以修复的损伤

Abstract: | esucceededinreplicationastandardizedsheepmodelofmultipleorganfailure(MOF).Intheex-perimentation,theanimalsweremonitoredandsupportedwithfacilitiespertainingtoahumanintensivecareunit,withconstantinfusionofLPSintoportalveinfolowingtraumaandhemorrhagicshock.ThemainorgansofMOFsheepswereobservatedbythelightmicroscopyandelectronmicroscopy,includingthelungs,hearts,livers,kidneys,intestinesandspleens.Theresultsshowedthatthereweresomeareasofspotyandmassnecrosisintheorganparenchymawithinflammatorycelinfiltration.Ourstudiessuggestedthatoncetheclinicalmultipleorganfailure,severepathologicalchangsoccurinorgans. |
