| 摘 要： | 为探讨小肠动脉畸形的诊疗方法，作者首先采用在选择性肠系膜上动脉造影确定小肠动静脉畸形的基础上，进一步对出血动脉分支的超选，并置入一短段导引钢丝作为术中肠切除的定位标记及缓解急性期出血。本组７例治疗效果良好，作者认为该方法准确性高，操作简单易行。
