摘    要:
探讨案例式教学法在普外科的应用,从而提高教学效果。笔者结合自身多年的临床教学经验,论述新形势下如何加强临床实习医生与研究生的普外科教育,着重论述案例式教学法的优点、运用原则、具体运用,加强医学生的基础知识,从而培养出适合新形势发展需要的综合型医学专业人才,使之成为合格的临床医生。

Abstract:
To investigate case-based teaching method in general surgery to enhance the teaching effect.With the development of modern surgical technique and based on his own years of clinical teaching experience,the author aims to strengthen general surgery educa-tion for the clinical interns and post-guaduates,focusing on case-based teaching method merit,utilization principle,concrete utilization and basic knowledge to successfully educate medical students with integrative knowledge to be qualified clinicians.
