摘    要:目的:测定水蛭仿生酶解有效部位中次黄嘌呤及尿苷的含量,为其质量控制提供科学依据。方法:采用SinoChrom ODS-BP液相色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,测定波长254 nm。结果:次黄嘌呤在0.88~14.08 g·L-1呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.69%,RSD 1.23%;尿苷在2.12~33.92 g·L-1呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为99.20%,RSD 1.17%。结论:该法操作简便,结果可靠,为水蛭仿生酶解有效部位的质量研究提供有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective: To determine hypoxanthine and uridine in leech to provide scientific basis for its quality control. Method: An ODS-BP liquid chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water.Wavelength was at 254 nm. Result: The linear range of hypoxanthine was within 0.88-14.08g ·L-1(r=0.999 7). The sample recovery rate was 99.69%,RSD 1.23%.The linear range of uridine was within 2.12-33.92 g ·L-1(r=0.999 8).The sample recovery rate was 99.20%,RSD 1.17%. Conclusion: This method has good repeatability and flexibility.It can be used for quality control in production of leech.
