肱骨髁间骨折的手术方式及其疗效评价

目的探讨肱骨髁间骨折的手术方法及临床疗效。方法将我院2007年6月至2008年6月收治的60例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的患者随机分为A组和B组,每组30例,A组采用＂Y＂形钢板内固定术治疗,B组采用双钢板内固定治疗,比较两组患者的内固定情况,肘关节功能恢复情况。结果两组患者均获得随访,随访时间为12～36个月,两组患者均未发生现切口皮肤坏死和深部感染。A组的内固定失败率为13.3%（4/30）显著高于B组的3.3%（1/30）,P〈0.05。A组肘关节功能优良率为83.3%（25/30）,B组的优良率为86.7%（26/30）,无显著性差异,P〉0.05。两组肘关节活动度无显著性差异,P〉0.05。结论 ＂Y＂形钢板与双钢板内固定都是治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的良好方法,但双钢板内固定松动发生率较低,值得推广。
