| 摘 要： | 目的评价3种气管导管在五官科手术中的安全性及实用性。方法择期五官科手术63例,随机分为3组,异型气管导管组（A组,n=25）;钢丝气管导管组（B组,n=17）;普通气管导管组（C组,n=21）。观察插管前后及术中病人的MBP、HR、SpO2。结果三组之间插管前后比较无明显差异,术中B组出现2例因导管滑入主支气管引起SpO2下降;C组出现1例因导管打折致SpO2急剧下降,需紧急更换异型气管导管。结论与普通气管导管和带钢丝气管导管相比,异型气管导管具有特定的弯曲度,容易固定且价格低廉,在五官科手术中的应用比较完全、实用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and practicality of three kinds of tracheal tubes in ENT surgery.Methods 63 elective patients were randomly divided into three groups:shaped endotracheal tube group(A group,n=25);spiral wire embedded endotracheal tube group(B group,n=17) and common endotracheal tube group(C proup,n=21).MBP,HR,SpO 2 were observed before and after intubation and during the surgery.Results No significant difference had before and after intubation.During the operation,there were 2 cases of SpO 2... |
