| 摘 要： | 目的探讨门诊患者的心理护理措施。方法通过随机问卷调查,了解内科门诊患者常见的心理特征。结果门诊患者易出现焦虑、恐惧、猜疑、悲观等心理特征。结论门诊护士必须提高综合业务素质,还要有心理学基础和交流技巧,以达到最佳的护理及治疗效果。
