膜型消毒剂的消毒效果观察

[目的]观察膜型消毒剂的消毒效果。[方法]依据“消毒技术规范”（2002年版），对其进行载体定量杀菌试验、模拟现场试验、杀菌持效试验及现场消毒试验。[结果]以膜型消毒剂原液对布片载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用0．5min，杀灭对数值均〉3.00；对绿脓杆菌作用1min，杀灭对数值〉3．00，均达到消毒合格标准。样品涂抹在钢片上晾干成膜后与绿脓杆菌接触1min，其杀灭对数值为1．45；过4h后再与绿脓杆菌接触1min，其杀灭对数值为1．26。对志愿受试者手上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值超过1．00，亦达消毒合格标准。[结论]该膜型消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果。

Experimental Observation on Disinfection Efficacy of Membrane Disinfectant

[Objective]To observe the disinfection efficacy of membrane disinfectant.[Methods]Based on"Technical standard for Disinfection"(2002),carrier quantitative germicidal test,simulated field trial,persistent germicidal test and field trial were carried out in laboratory.[Results]The staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and candida albicans on cloth strip carriers exposed to the stock solution of membrane disinfectant for 0.5 min,the killing logarithm values were all up to 3.00 and pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed for 1.0 min was>3.00.They all reached to disinfection standards. The killing logarithm value of the simulated field trial was 1.45,and the killing logarithm value was 1.26 for 4 hours lat- er.The killing logarithm value of field trial was above 1.00,reached to the standards too.[Conclusion]There is good germicidal efficacy for the membrane disinfectant.
