| 摘 要： | 目的研究EGFR、NM23和Bcl 2基因在下咽鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达规律及与下咽癌临床病理因素的关系,评价其在临床应用的价值。方法下咽癌29例手术后石蜡包埋组织,制作切片,用免疫组化SP法检测EGFR、NM23和Bcl 2基因的表达,分析它们与下咽癌临床病理因素之间的相关关系。结果EGFR、NM23和Bcl 2的阳性表达率,分别为62%(18/29)、79%(23/29)和86%(25/29)。EGFR在低分化癌组的阳性表达率高于高中分化组（P=0.021）,在淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组（P=0.018）。NM23和Bcl 2与临床病理因素无关。结论EGFR在下咽癌的高表达与分化及淋巴结转移密切相关,可以作为辅助判断下咽癌临床特性的生物学指标。NM23 和Bcl 2表达的规律,有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate expressions of EGFR,NM23 and Bcl-2 in hypopharyngeal cancer and their correlation with clinicopathological risks. Methods Expressions EGFR,NM23 and Bcl-2 in 29 cases of hypopharyngeal cancer were determined with an immunohistochemical S-P method.
