| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)相关临床因素及路优泰治疗效果。方法:按CCMD-Ⅱ-R的抑郁诊断标准对120例脑卒中病人进行研究,采用路优泰对其干预。结果:PSD发生机制尚不明确,可能与病变部位、神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力有关,路优泰能明显改善上述指标。结论:临床应重视PSD的发生,并采取综合治疗措施,路优泰对PSD治疗效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the related factors of post stroke depression (PSD) and the effect of Neurostan's treatment.Method According to the diagnose standard of CCMD-Ⅱ-R to make a study of 120 stroke patients.And use Neurostan to intervene PSD. Results The pathogenesis of PSD is not clear. PSD may be interralated with the pathological changes' sites of stroke,the degree of neurology function's defect and ADL. Neurostan can improve those targets clearly. Conclusion Clinical doctors should pay attention to the occurance of depression symptoms of stroke,and its treatment should be multidisciplinary.Neurostan is effective in treating depression. |
