激素治疗辅助心理护理用于青春期子宫出血

目的 探讨心理护理、激素治疗在青春期子宫出血患者中的应用临床价值.方法 选取我院2013年5月～2015年11月所收治青春期子宫出血患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例.两组均结合患者实际情况予以针对性治疗,观察组在此基础上强化心理护理并予以激素治疗.比较2组入院时、住院用药治疗后1d、2d及7d的阴道出血量、治疗总有效率及凝血指标(包括PT、aPTT、TT、Fbg)、不良反应发生率.结果 两组入院时阴道出血量的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗1d、2d、7d后,观察组阴道出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为86.7％ (39/45),高于对照组62.2％ (28/45),差异有统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组入院时各项凝血指标的差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);入院1个月时两组PT、aPTT、TT均缩短、Fbg升高(P＜0.05),观察组入院1个月时的PT、aPTT、TT短于观察组,Fbg高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 心理护理、激素治疗青春期子宫出血有一定的临床价值.

Clinical Value of Psychological Nursing and Hormone Therapy Assisted Nursing in Adolescent Uterine Bleeding

Objective To explore the clinical application value of psychological nursing and hormone therapy in adolescent uterine bleeding.Methods 90 cases of patients with adolescent uterine bleeding who were treated in our hospital between May 2013 and November 2015 were selected as study objects and were randomized into observation group and control group,45 cases in each.Both of the two groups were given targeted therapy according to practical condition of patient On this basis,the observation group was given intensive psychological nursing and hormone therapy.The vaginal bleeding volume,total effective rate and coagulation parameters (including PT,aPTT,TT,Fbg) and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups on admission,1 day,2 days and 7 days after hospitalization and medication.Results There was no significant difference in vaginal bleeding volume between the two groups on admission (P ＞ 0.05);1 day,2 days and 7 days after treatment,the vaginal bleeding volume of observation group was less than that of control group(P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group 86.7％ (39/45)] was higher than that in the control group 62.2％ (28/45)] (P ＞ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the coagulation indexes between the two groups on admission (P ＞ 0.05);1 month after admission,PT,aPTT and TT of the two groups were shortened and Fbg increased (P ＜ 0.05).Besides,1 month after admission,PT,aPTT and TT of the observation group was shorter than that of the observation group,and Fbg was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Certain clinical value to apply psychological nursing and hormone therapy for adolescent uterine bleeding.
