胃癌nm23与PCNA的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系

摘    要:目的与方法 :应用 SP免疫组化方法研究 nm2 3蛋白与 PCNA蛋白在 48例胃癌中的表达变化及其与胃癌的生物学行为及淋巴结转移的关系。结果 :nm2 3低表达率为 41.6 7%。nm2 3低表达与性别、年龄及肿瘤的分化程度无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而与胃癌的浸润程度呈负相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。nm2 3低表达者其淋巴结转移率明显高于 nm2 3正常表达者 (P<0 .0 5 )。nm2 3低表达及有淋巴结转移者其细胞增殖活性分别较 nm2 3正常表达及无淋巴结转移者高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3等位基因缺失和癌细胞增殖活性增高在胃癌的淋巴结转移和肿瘤的浸润及增殖中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of nm23 and PCNA and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. Methods:Using SP immunohistochemical method,the expressions of nm23 and PCNA related to the biological behavior and the lymph metastasis in 48 cases of gastric carcinoma were studied.Results:The rate of nm23 lower expression is 41.67%.It was not statistically significant between nm23 lower expression and sex,age,differentiation(P>0.05),But a negative correlation was found between the lower expression of nm23 and the depth of cancer invasion(P<0.05).Tumor patients with nm23 lower expression were associated with a higher incidence of the lymph node metastasis than those patients with normal nm23 expression (P<0.05).The cell proliferative activity in patients with nm23 lower expression and nodal metastasis cases were significantly higher than those with normal nm23 expression or non nodal metastasis respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The allelic deletion of nm23 gene and the enhancement of cell proliferative activity played an important role in the lymph node metastasis and activities of cancer cell invasion and proliferation in gastric carcinoma.
